We seek an experienced Deputy Chief Executive Officer to play a central role in strategic and operational management with a clear succession pathway.ResponsibilitiesLead Instalmec's business activities in drying technology (“Trocknungstechnik”) and gluing (“Beleimung”), with full accountability for performance and growth.Define and execute a robust strategic business plan to expand market share, revenue, and profitability.Provide oversight of operations, R&D, production, and business development, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Take full responsibility for P&L management, financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.Ensure long‑term profitability, sustainability, and financial health of the business.Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with key customers, particularly in core and strategic markets.Act as a senior representative of the company with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.Work closely with the Board and shareholders on leadership development and succession planning.QualificationsProven executive‑level experience in industrial manufacturing.Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).Strong P&L management experience and ability to manage a mid‑sized company.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact at all levels of business.If you are interested in this opportunity, please email your C.V. to or call Altus Search on +41 (0) for a confidential discussion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
