Procurement Manager (I) About Us Flutter, the world’s largest online sports betting and iGaming group listed on the London and New York stock exchanges, is home to the Southern Europe & Africa (SEA) region, featuring iconic brands like Sisal, Snai and PokerStars, a globally loved brand that embodies innovation and ambition, with significant growth potential in a dynamic market. What you’ll do:
- You will join the Flutter SEA Procurement Team, reporting to the Head of Category and leading a team of buyers.
- You will drive the category strategy in alignment with the Head of Category.
- You will drive the assigned supplier base as part of Flutter SEA’s advanced Risk and Sustainability Program.
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in procurement activities and execute end-to-end sourcing projects, from analysis to delivery, in line with the procurement strategy, ensuring the best results in terms of cost efficiency and quality at a local level.
- You will be responsible for coordinating and leading internal stakeholders throughout the entire RFX process, including contract negotiation and definition, in collaboration with the Legal and Finance teams.
- You will manage and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
- You will be part of both the Flutter Global Procurement Team and the Flutter SEA Regional Procurement Team, working closely with colleagues across the Group, Regions and local subsidiaries in Ireland, Italy and other countries.
- You will lead multi-country RFX processes and negotiations, sharing and implementing best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies that drive value, efficiency and cost savings.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving effective commercial outcomes.
- Ability to look at the bigger picture and connect procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage different stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience in leading, supporting and developing a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
