Responsibilities Lead prospecting, outreach and lead generation initiatives during the pre-opening phase to build a strong pipeline of prospective members. Conduct private tours, presentations and personalized meetings with potential members, effectively communicating the club’s value proposition and exclusivity. Oversee and manage the full membership onboarding process, ensuring a seamless, consistent and premium experience at every stage. Monitor, grow and nurture the membership base through targeted engagement, retention and loyalty strategies. Develop and facilitate networking, collaboration and community-building opportunities among members. Work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to strengthen the club’s positioning, visibility and appeal to target audiences. Track, analyze and report on membership KPIs and performance metrics, proposing data-driven strategies to support sustainable growth. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles within members clubs, hospitality or luxury lifestyle. Strong networking skills and established relationships with HNWI/UHNWI clientele. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Results-driven, with proven experience in lead generation and conversion. Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). Ability to thrive in a dynamic and international environment.
