Key Responsibilities Design and deliver scalable, high-performance Power BI datasets and reports using Databricks (Gold layer) and SQL-based metadata. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient, maintainable Power BI solutions. Optimize large-scale data models and refresh pipelines through incremental refresh, partitioning, and query folding. Maintain and enhance ADF pipelines, Azure Functions, and YAML-based CI / CD processes in Azure DevOps to support automated testing and deployment. Ensure data quality, security (RLS), and governance across the Power BI ecosystem. Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team, actively contributing to shared goals and supporting peers in solving technical and analytical challenges. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, performance tuning, visualization). Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines). Excellent SQL skills and understanding of metadata-driven modeling. Proven ability to work across business and technical teams, supporting requirement definition and solution design. Experience with Databricks and PySpark is a significant advantage and will help in integrating reporting with upstream data transformations. Strong team player with excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach.
