As IT Manager for Ford Credit Italia & Ford Italia, you’ll lead all local IT operations and act as the key interface between business teams, global IT, and external partners – covering Italy and Greece. This is a high-visibility role with cross‑functional exposure and a direct impact on digital transformation. You’ll manage the full IT landscape for over 300 users across Rome and Athens, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, end‑user services, dealer systems and project management. You’ll ensure Ford’s global standards are implemented locally – while adapting to market‑specific needs.ResponsibilitiesLead day‑to‑day IT operations in Italy and Greece, including Cyber Security, Collaboration Tools, PC Renewal Lifecycle, Networking & InfrastructureAct as the single point of contact for all local IT needs – connecting business stakeholders, global IT functions, and external vendorsManage and monitor IT service providers (Dealer Service Providers (DSPs), Internet Service Providers (ISPs), vendors), ensuring contract performance and alignment with global standardsSupport and coordinate local implementation of global IT initiatives, platforms, and compliance requirementsProvide technical guidance for business and dealer systems, incl. certificates of conformity and telecom managementRepresent the region in Change Advisory Boards, help prioritize IT initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of critical projectsQualificationsDegree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in IT operations, service management and tech project deliveryProven leadership record with excellent communication & stakeholder management skills – experience of working with both local and international teamsStrong technical foundation with working knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft platforms, Google Cloud Hosting, SharePoint, Cyber Security, and ITIL best practicesExperience in IT security and controls, DORA expertise preferableAbility to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and communicate tech topics clearly to non‑technical stakeholdersFluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)Valid driver’s license and willingness to occasionally travel within the regionWhat We OfferA key role in a dynamic and international organizationAutonomy, influence, and visibility across Ford Credit Europe and Ford Motor CompanyFlexible work models and personal development opportunitiesA collaborative culture that values innovation, accountability and inclusionAdditional Information: The Company is committed to diversity and equality of opportunity for all and is opposed to any form of less favourable treatment or harassment on the grounds of race, religion or belief, sex, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment or disability.
