This is a part-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) located in Lombardy, Italy. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying market opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, preparing and presenting sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will provide training and guidance to sales staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategy development and implementation
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
