Description We are looking for a passionate talent to maintain an optimal inventory level, ensuring continuous supply to meet sales goals and keeping our stores operating at retail excellence. Mission The Stock Keeper is responsible for goods receipt, restocking, and warehouse reordering, ensuring inventory accuracy and fulfilling sales objectives. Welcome clients and promote the Global Golden Community. Oversee weekly merchandise arrivals, packaging for customer shipments and returns, conduct regular stock checks and monthly inventory audits. Collaborate to create a positive work environment through communication and information sharing. Support the sales team with pre‑ and post‑sales activities, stock and customer loyalty initiatives, and all store operations. Convey the brand’s vision and heritage confidently to clients. Deeply understand GG iconic products, sharing the company’s vision and projects with enthusiasm. Maintain overall store presentation and visual display standards to reflect the brand image. Assist with store operational procedures: opening/closing, inventory management, ensuring compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards. Utilize IT and digital tools (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance processes and customer engagement. Key Requirements Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail. Self‑motivation, positive attitude and professional selling techniques. Strong customer focus, excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. Effective time management and task prioritization. Strong team player.
