At Global Blue, we cultivate a culture of empowerment, encouraging our teams to collaborate and support one another.Together, we innovate, create, and strive towards a brighter future for the businesses we serve.With Global Blue, enjoy the journey.Your roleThe Senior Auditor will support the company in achieving SOX Compliance and the execution of the audit plan.Reporting to the Internal Audit Director and collaborating with the entire organization, most regularly with Group Finance, Sales and Legal you will contribute to improving quality of the financial reporting, to conveying a SOX culture across the company and to ensuring compliance to group policies & procedures across the entities of the group.Main duties and responsibilitiesSOX & internal controls relatedExecute SOX 404a testing on behalf of managementProvide expertise / advisory on risk assessment, internal control and process efficiency, as needed by the company’s initiatives & projectsParticipate in the development of the company's internal control framework beyond SOX compliance, to reach operational, financial and compliance excellenceEnsure SOX compliance by maintaining the SOX framework of the company and supervising issues remediation with managementAuditOn ad-hoc basis, lead or participate to the execution of the company's annual audit plan including financial, operational, and compliance audits across the different entities of the GroupBackground and EducationMaster's degree level3-5 years’ work experience in external auditRobust knowledge & appetence for financial reporting (IFRS)Exposure to SOX environments is a plus (either as an external auditor or internal auditor)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to report complex issues to senior management in a concise and effective mannerTeam-player, with ability to work on his / her own initiativeFast learner, demonstrating flexibility and excellent priorities managementStrong analytical skills, with ability to pay attention to detail, keeping in mind the “big picture”Fluency in EnglishComfortable with remote working & remote managementReady to travel up to 20% of the time, on short term assignments (usually 1 week maximum)Any relevant certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA,…) is a plusWithin this position you will :Be part of a highly exposed program, in a NYSE listed companyAcquire a deep and transverse knowledge of the company’s operations & strategyGet a strong exposure to top managementStrengthen project management skills, working on cross-functional and international initiativesGet career opportunities in a fast-developing departmentJoin a young and dynamic teamBenefit from Global Blue’s Agile Working Model, with flexible home-office arrangementsGet an attractive compensation package#J-18808-Ljbffr
