This is your opportunity to take your career to the next level, embrace new challenges, and continue making difference.We work for a brighter future, thinking today about the world of tomorrow.Don’t miss the chance to shape your #FutureInSight with usYour roleAs Quality Process Engineer you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards.Main responsibilitiesConduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement in quality and processes.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.Collaborate with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to address quality issues and ensure smooth workflows.Investigating and troubleshooting quality related product or production issues.Support the implementation of process improvement projects to enhance quality standards.Develop and maintain quality‑related documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.Main requirementsAt least 2 years of experience in a complex environment as Quality Engineer.Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.Good knowledge of Quality tools (Fishbone, 5 whys, root cause analysis, …).Good Knowledge of Ms Office.Basics of Statistics.Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision‑making.Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
