The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, with strong consulting expertise and a proven track record in digital transformation, data & AI initiatives, CRM implementation, and customer engagement excellence within major life sciences organizations/consulting firms that work in the Pharma sector.You will play a key role in managing strategic client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and identifying new opportunities for growth across accounts.Account & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned Pharma, Biotech, and MedTech clients.Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with client executives, business owners, and project sponsors.Drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement, value creation, and continuous improvement.Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with client priorities and the company’s strategic objectives.Project & Delivery ManagementCoordinate cross‑functional teams (consultants, data scientists, CRM specialists, designers) to ensure cohesive delivery and client success.Anticipate risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth account growth and trust.Support pre‑sales and proposal development activities, including scoping, planning, and pricing.Consulting & Domain ExpertiseBring strong consulting acumen and domain expertise in Life Sciences—focus on Commercial Excellence, Data & AI, CRM, Omnichannel Customer Engagement.Translate complex client challenges into actionable transformation programs.Contribute thought leadership in the areas of digital innovation, customer experience, and data‑driven decision making in Pharma and MedTech.Collaborate with internal teams to develop industry‑specific propositions and go‑to‑market strategies.Qualifications & Experience3–5 years of experience in consulting or account management roles within the Life Sciences sector.Proven experience leading digital transformation, CRM, or commercial excellence programs in Pharma or MedTech.Strong understanding of customer engagement, data strategy, and AI‑driven insights in commercial and medical functions.Excellent project management skills, with experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder networks.Strong business acumen and ability to identify, shape, and sell new consulting opportunities.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluency in English.What We OfferA career path that enhances personal and professional growthA dynamic and international work environment, with diverse project teams and opportunities to broaden multi‑industry knowledge and work with cutting‑edge technologiesInternal and external training opportunities, with the possibility of obtaining role‑related professional certificationsHybrid Smart WorkingCorporate welfare and benefitsTicket restaurantWe are one of Italy's Best Employers 2025JOIN OUR TEAMWith a view to enhancing diversity and fighting for equal opportunities, this announcement is addressed to all candidates without any kind of discrimination.
