Per questo motivo cerchiamo costantemente nuove persone da inserire nel nostro team, offrendo percorsi di sviluppo concreti e opportunità di crescita professionale.Unisciti a noi, vivi meglio il pianetaFor our Afungi Project, Renco is looking for a Construction Manager.DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES- Ensure, in agreement with the Project Manager, the governance of projects from an organisational, financial, technological and contractual point of view, in order to achieve the set objectives; - In collaboration with the various departments, ensure coordination of site activities and the achievement of the cost, time, quality, health, safety and environmental objectives set in order to meet the contractual obligations of the project; - Express site requirements during the E&P phase (e.g. Make or Buy, Constructability, Material Management), identifying the optimal balance between time, cost and feasibility; - Represent Renco on site in dealings with customers, partners and subcontractors, also managing contractual aspects; - Organise and hold the project kick-off meeting on site; - Ensure the implementation and coordination of the project set-up plan; - Approve and supervise project planning and cost control activities for the construction phases, implementing the corrective actions necessary to achieve the set objectives; - Ensure the integration of the work packs* prepared by each project participant, any partners (if present) and subcontractors, reconciling any discrepancies between the parties; - Support negotiations with the client to reach an agreement on proposed order changes (commercial, contractual and technical aspects); - Cooperate in ensuring compliance with quality and HSE requirements, with the references provided in the project site organisation; - Ensure the preparation of project reports for the portion of site activities; - Ensure the collection of feedback on the project by supporting the issuance of final project reports; - Verify the SAL of suppliers (vendors) and subcontractors and, upon delegation by the PM, approve it; - Achieve profit targets while ensuring full compliance with Renco procedures.REQUIRED COMPETENCES- Experience in the role of Construction Manager and Site Manager; - Experience and aptitude for coordinating all construction disciplines; - Experience in managing cross-functional teams (significant plus), not limited to construction disciplines but also including quality, HSE, project control (time and costs)-QUALIFICATIONS- Technical and construction site background; - A technical-scientific degree is a plus.LOCATION- Afungi - Mozambique
