Florence Crittenton is looking for a warm, flexible, and dependable Teacher Float to join our Child Enrichment Center What You Will Do Jump in across classrooms to assist with play‑based, hands‑on learning. Support transitions, group activities, mealtimes, and rest periods. Encourage social‑emotional development, self‑regulation, and cooperative play. Communicate with families respectfully and help create a welcoming environment for all. Collaborate closely with lead teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Uphold licensing and health / safety standards and contribute to a clean, nurturing environment. What You Will Bring A high school diploma or equivalent. A love for children and a passion for early childhood education. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different classroom settings and routines. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team‑oriented mindset. The ability to stay calm, patient, and proactive in a fast‑paced environment. The ability to pass a background check.
