Despite being a large organization, they maintain a culture of collaboration and mutual support.Offerta- Oversee, direct, and manage all aspects of financial planning and budget management in the company.- Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.- Train the Finance Department and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.- Work with the CEO and HQ on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships.- Build budget and business plans as needed with Operations and organize their follow-up.- Prepare the yearly budget and forecast for the entity in liaison with all the company's departments and in close liaison with Corporate finance headquarters.- Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements.- Oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting.- Prepare and assist the tax advisor with tax returns, VAT, WHT, deferred tax corporate tax and any other taxes.- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors.- Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual.Competenze ed esperienza- A degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field.- Proven experience in financial management and accounting.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Superior leadership skills and experience in team management.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Knowledge of the FMCG industry would be a valuable asset.Completa l'offerta- competitive salary package ranging from 60.000 to €70.000 depending on qualifications and experience.- An attractive bonus scheme.- A supportive and friendly work environment in a large organization.- Opportunities for professional development and growth.- A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
