Field Engineer – Rome – Lazio

OverviewEngineering excellence, delivered in real time. We are looking for a junior, motivated and customer‑oriented Field Engineer to join our team in the Rome and Lazio areas. This role is a key technical and consultative function, supporting designers, contractors, and end customers in the application of Hilti solutions, with a significant focus on pull‑out tests performed directly on construction sites.ResponsibilitiesYou will perform pull out tests on site, prepare technical reports, and support customers in interpreting results and selecting the most appropriate solutions.You will work with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive the specification and sales of Hilti products, including anchors, installation systems, direct fastening, and fire protection solutions.You will educate key influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages, and value of Hilti products to secure their inclusion in designs.You will communicate product specifications from design teams to sales teams, supporting account managers in converting specifications into sales.You will visit job sites to assess design challenges and opportunities, providing technical advice, solutions, and support to add value with Hilti products.What You’ll BringMaster’s degree in Civil or Building EngineeringExcellent English and ItalianCustomer-oriented and goal-drivenWhat’s In It for YouSoftware to support the designCoaching activitiesTraining moments in both the classroom and the fieldA unique corporate networkWhy HiltiHilti is a global leader in construction innovation, with more than 34,000 team members across 120 countries.
