Overview

In this role, you will serve as a subject-matter expert in global and cluster-level supply chain planning, driving forecast accuracy and inventory optimization. You will coordinate S&OP, forecasting, and stock policies across markets, ensuring data reliability and cross-country alignment. You will work with cross-functional teams to reduce costs, improve service, and support supply readiness for launches and lifecycle management. Responsabilità
  • Act as SME and support global S&OP across clusters, aligning demand and supply with market trends and promotions
  • Execute and support global forecasting activities, including statistical modelling and consolidation of forecasts for manufacturers
  • Coordinate application of global stock policies and target stock strategies to optimize service levels and working capital
  • Contribute to the Supply Chain P&L and implement cost-reducing actions while improving service
  • Drive cash optimization via inventory management aligned with Finance and Sales across regions
  • Support service levels through improved on-shelf availability to enable instant trial
  • Support Share-of-Wallet by applying global guidelines and coordinating regional follow-ups
  • Assist planning business cycle with data consolidation and cross-functional alignment (Sales, Marketing, Finance)
  • Coordinate NPI and phase-out planning, including supplier interactions for launches and lifecycle management
  • Analyze planning KPIs, perform root-cause analyses, and track corrective actions
  • Lead planning improvement initiatives, including BI enhancements and forecasting/replenishment tool implementations
  • Serve as reference point for planning processes across countries to ensure consistent ways of working
  • Support supply chain transformation initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
  • 5–7 years in inventory management, forecasting or supply chain planning
  • Knowledge of stock performance metrics (turnover, margin contribution, COGS)
  • Advanced Excel and BI skills; ERP/Oracle knowledge; familiarity with forecasting/replenishment tools
  • Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
  • Analytical and statistical modelling skills; structured problem-solving; strong communication in international contexts
