Position OverviewExperiences Manager ResponsibilitiesOrganize and take charge of company‑wide events and team‑building activities (from the brainstorming phase to research, logistics, and on‑site inspections). Propose initiatives to develop the company culture, including organizing events for Spooners and their families. Be the point of reference for all types of requests, ensuring everything works smoothly for our on‑site and remote Spooners. Competitive pay and access to equity. Typically, we offer individuals at the start of their career a salary of £47,660 in London and €46,027 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. Exceptional capability can lead to compensation beyond the usual ranges. Permanent contracts may include company equity at a discounted price. Relocating to Italy may bring a 50 % tax cut. All.
