Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO (Uzumaki Roma)

Salary Range: €20,000 - €25,000 per annum

At Uzumaki Roma, we're passionate about creating a unique dining experience that celebrates anime culture. We aim to transport our guests into the vibrant world of anime. As we prepare to open our doors in Rome, we're looking for a talented Personal Assistant to join our team and support our CEO in making this vision a reality.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an English-speaking Personal Assistant to be based in Rome. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, highly organised, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our new branch. This role will involve supporting our CEO with administrative, logistical, and operational tasks, acting as a key point of contact during the opening process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO , managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
  • Coordinate and oversee all logistical arrangements for the new branch opening, including vendor management, inventory coordination, and event planning.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, email correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Solve problems proactively, addressing any issues that arise during the opening process.
  • Maintain a high level of organisation, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Liaise with local authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist with personal tasks for the CEO as required.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Native Italian or a strong familiarity with Rome (preferably a local resident).
  • Must be based in Rome.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus but not essential.
