The Account Health Specialist within the Account Health Support team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners. Position Description > Account Health Support French Specialist Language Requirements: English & French Process Type: Voice Process (Inbound and Outbound Calling) Shift Requirements: Rotational shifts and week offs – flexible to meet business needs About the Team Account Health Support Specialists serve as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners. They are responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Sellers, addressing chronic system issues, driving process improvements, developing internal documentation, and contributing to a collaborative team environment while adhering to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases. Responsibilities Provide operational support to Sellers selling on the Amazon platform. Address chronic issues affecting Seller performance and provide timely resolution. Develop and maintain internal documentation and best‑practice guides. Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and Seller experience. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to a high‑performing team culture. Basic Qualifications Speak, write, and read fluently in French. Speak, write, and read fluently in English. Enrolled in or have completed an undergraduate degree. Preferred Qualifications Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project).
