This is your opportunity to take your career to the next level, embrace new challenges, and continue making a difference.We work for a brighter future, thinking today about the world of tomorrow.Don’t miss the chance to shape your #FutureInSight with usYour roleAs Production Supervisor Manager you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards.Main responsibilitiesManagement of the efficiency and OEE KPIsProduction Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levels;Management of quality KPIsKnowledge and application of delegation mechanism.Responsible of the quality of the parts produced in his Shop.Critical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials (costs of maintenance, costs of indirect materials, costs of scrap,…);Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methodsContribution to the definition of the surface treatment’s area budgetKnowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with the environmental emergences.Knowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk.Main requirementsEducational Background: University degree in Engineering6 years of experienceProficient using of MS Office (Excel, PPT); first experience with SAP is a plusStrong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skillsOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
