New Opportunity - Construction Project Manager - RomeRole : Construction Project Manager (Utility-Scale Solar)Location : Rome (Hybrid)Competitive Salary & Bonus (Up to 40%)Piper Maddox are supporting an Italian IPP based in Rome who are searching for Construction Project Managers to support the EPC team to execute 250MW of utility-scale solar projects in 2026. With strong financial backing from one the worlds largest infrastructure investment funds, this company is aiming to grow into one of Italy's leading operators. This proven EPC team successfully constructed 100MW in the past 12 months and are now looking to further grow. This is a great chance to join a company experiencing huge growth.ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire project lifecycle from procurement to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Manage supplier and subcontractor contracts to optimize time, cost, and quality outcomes.Coordinate with engineering to define technical specifications and support design activities.Support purchasing in selecting key components (modules, inverters, trackers) and planning deliveries.Collaborate with management control to prepare periodic financial and progress reports.Key Skills & ExperienceDegree in EngineeringMinimum of 2 years experience managing large-scale solar EPC projectsIdeally from a strong technical EPC background.
