DM Management & Consulting sviluppa un innovativo sistema MES/MOM per la gestione della fabbrica, il controllo qualità, l’interconnessione delle macchine, la raccolta e l’analisi dei dati di produzione, la manutenzione e il monitoraggio in tempo reale dei reparti produttivi.Nel 2022 entra a far parte del Gruppo TXT, portando a consolidare e rafforzare sul mercato la soluzione MES/MOM DMP, allargando ed espandendo il portfolio in ambito IoT e Smart Solution di TXT.Per un ampliamento del team di consulenza, DM Consulting è alla ricerca di un Application Consultant per la sede di Parma .La figura professionale che stiamo cercando avrà come responsabilità quella di seguire interi progetti o parti di progetti e interfacciarsi con il cliente.Competenze tecniche richiesteGestione Progetti : Capacità di pianificare, coordinare e monitorare progetti, garantendo il rispetto di tempi e qualità.Interazione con i Clienti : Abilità nel condurre colloqui con clienti per la raccolta dei requisiti, analisi dei bisogni e presentazione delle soluzioni proposte.Redazione Documentazione Tecnica : Predisposizione alla stesura di documentazione tecnica, tra cui blueprint, report di progetto, specifiche funzionali e tecnicheProcessi produttivi : Buona comprensione dei processi di produzione e logistica industriale.Competenze analitiche : Capacità di raccogliere e analizzare requisiti utente e tradurli in specifiche funzionali.Capacità di predisporre casi di test , collaudi e verifiche di conformità del sistema ai requisiti.Disponibilità di trasferte presso il clienteCompetenze opzionaliConoscenza del mondo della produzione;Esperienze pregresse in ambiti informatici;Pregressa esperienza e attitudine a lavorare sia in team che in modo indipendente;Conoscenze base SQLLivello di inglese B2Completano il profilo l'attitudine al problem solving, flessibilità, proattività e responsabilità nel proprio lavoro.Formazione richiestaDiploma professionale o Laurea in Ingegneria GestionaleCosa offriamoAmbiente di lavoro stimolante che promuove la crescita professionale e i percorsi di carriera;Coinvolgimento in progetti per prestigiosi clienti multisettoriali ;Modalità di lavoro ibrida ;Piani formativi personalizzati ;Teamworking : essere parte di un team internazionale collaborando con di sviluppatori, tester, ingegneri di sistema.
