Compliance & Documentation: Ensure full compliance with all legal and operational standards, and meticulously maintain essential documentation, including shipping documents, reports, and permits. Financial & Administrative Support: Assist with customer invoicing, cost booking, and final job closure. Safety & Quality Adherence: Uphold the company's Safety, Health, and Quality (SHQ) standards and maintain awareness of the Business Continuity Plan. Job Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operations. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with logistics software. HSE Knowledge: Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in logistics. Language: Good spoken and written English.
