Customer Service Representative The Customer Service Representative provides exemplary customer service and support by proactively navigating and diagnosing customer needs and responding using a wide and dynamic base of information and resources. Location Cremona, Italy Flexible 60% site / 40% remote Your Challenge Order Management : Handles routine and non-routine customer order activities, including managing customer demand, following up on samples, and guiding complex order entry. The CSR works with multiple sourcing locations, transportation modes, and a broad range of products, requiring multitasking and critical thinking. Responsible for receiving and recording customer complaints and facilitating resolution with internal partners. Reporting, Metrics, Audits : Performs daily activities with a compliance outlook. Keeps appropriate records and provides supporting documentation for specific requests from supervisors and auditors.
