Our client a well-established and successful restaurant chain in Nigeria is seeking the talents of a Sous Chef for their brand-new Asian Restaurant with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a quality Asian restaurant or hotel operation. Candidates should have a solid culinary management background.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a quality restaurant or hotel environment.
Must have Asian experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers, understand reports and related correspondence and accurately perform all essential job functions.
Must have superior quality food and beverage experience.
The salary would be around $36,000 - $48,000USD annually Net of taxes, plus free accommodation, relocation allowance, annual airfare, healthcare benefits, Visa assistance. The position offers a great opportunity for the right individual who is seeking mobility in their career that will allow you to put your culinary passions and management experience to good use.
