L’aziendaPer un gruppo di riferimento nel settore dei macchinari, siamo alla ricerca di un / una Field Service Engineer da inserire nel team tecnico-service.La posizioneLa risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile delle attività di installazione, collaudo, assistenza tecnica e manutenzione di macchinari e sistemi presso clienti distribuiti sul territorio nazionale e internazionale.ResponsabilitàInstallazione e avviamento di impianti e macchinari presso i clientiSupporto tecnico, sia on-site che da remoto, per la risoluzione di problematiche tecnicheInterventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, garantendo la piena operatività degli impiantiEsecuzione di collaudi funzionali e prove tecniche, in sede o presso il clienteFormazione e affiancamento al personale del cliente sull’utilizzo e la gestione dei sistemiAnalisi guasti e risoluzione di problemi complessi con strumenti diagnostici avanzatiRedazione di report tecnici dettagliati relativi agli interventi effettuatiGestione del follow‑up post‑intervento, assicurando elevati standard di customer careCollaborazione con i reparti R&D e produzione per il miglioramento continuo di prodotti e processiPartecipazione alla pianificazione dei progetti, contribuendo alla definizione delle attrezzature, delle risorse e delle attività operativeRequisitiDiploma tecnico (elettronica, automazione, meccatronica o affini)Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in posizioni analoghe nel settore industrialeBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlataCompetenza nella lettura e interpretazione di schemi elettriciSolida capacità di diagnosi e troubleshooting su apparati meccanici, elettronici ed elettromeccaniciAutonomia operativa, orientamento al problem solving e al clientePropensione al lavoro di squadra e alla collaborazione interfunzionaleSedeMilano OvestBenefitè prevista auto aziendale ad uso promiscuo#J-18808-Ljbffr
