Join us and be part of our inspiring journey.Scope of the roleAs Senior Director Professional Education and Training – TMTT you will plan, design, and execute comprehensive product and training programs to support the growth of the business unit market, ensuring good patient outcomes. This includes developing and delivering targeted training for Health Care Professionals such as implanters, imagers, and nurses, as well as field clinical specialists for device and imaging support.How you'll make an impactDirect training and development activities for field clinical specialists and HCPs, overseeing systems, planning, staffing, budgeting, and implementing improvements.Develop a robust talent development and upskilling plan aligned with BU growth strategies across the European organization.Plan and direct strategic activities, prioritizing and selecting appropriate projects, identifying risk, developing mitigation strategies, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.Mitigate risk and communicate complex training strategies, incorporating ongoing learnings and new procedural techniques for emerging therapies.Analyze, formulate, and present recommendations to management and deliver executive‑level communication related to training initiatives.Partner with stakeholders (Procedural Development, Clinical Management, Marketing, Clinical Education) to gather and analyze trends and develop training plans and tools.Establish metrics, design dashboards, and use data to monitor and drive training effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.Forecast and track annual training budget, make purchase decisions, and allocate resources for training programs.What you'll needBachelor's Degree in a related field with relevant experience required.Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field with relevant experience preferred.What else we look forProven project management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and relationship management.Ability to work on multiple tasks with cross‑functional groups under tight deadlines.Strong budget management experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated people management track record.Experience in a regulated industry.Leadership and metrics integration expertise.Expert understanding of sales training procedures and facilitation.Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.Professional interaction with all organizational levels and proactive escalation.Adherence to company rules and safety protocols.#J-18808-Ljbffr
