JOB SUMMARYSenior Clinical Consultant – Life Sciences (Rif. ANN )We are CPL & Taylor by Synergos, an international digital‑solutions consulting firm specialising in the Life Sciences sector. Based in Italy, we support pharmaceutical and biotech companies across regulatory, pharmacovigilance, clinical trials, medical affairs and quality assurance. The role is full‑time, permanent and open to candidates from Verona, Milano and Roma.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport clients in digital clinical transformation—planning projects, gathering requirements and monitoring deliveries to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal procedures and best‑practice.Coordinate project milestones and deliverables, ensuring on‑time delivery and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Implement clinical digital solutions such as eTMF, CTMS and SCE, organising projects, documenting processes and monitoring activities.Prepare and maintain project documentation (kick‑off presentations, result sharing), conduct gap analyses and develop strategic roadmaps.Identify continuous improvement opportunities, collect feedback and propose enhancements to processes and methodologies.Assist in change management and hyper‑care activities for implemented systems.Facilitate stakeholder communication between internal teams, clients and partners.Triage client requests and issues during project execution, ensuring proper escalation.Define project KPI and support monitoring of project progress.QUALIFICATIONSDegree in Bioinformatics or a related field.Professional English proficiency.Familiarity with ICH‑GCP and regulatory requirements, notably ICHE6(R3).Knowledge of clinical operations workflows (study start‑up, site management, monitoring, trial master file management).Experience with clinical digital platforms (EDC, eTMF, CTMS, SCE).COMPANY & BENEFITSContract: permanent, full‑time.Compensation: negotiated based on experience.Dynamic, innovative environment with strong focus on regulated markets.Opportunities to work in Rome, Verona or Milano.Tutti gli annunci si rivolgono sempre a persone di entrambi i sessi (L.903 / 77).Inviaci il tuo CV anche se le selezioni sono chiuse: potremmo ricontattarti in futuro.Per verificare se la ricerca è ancora attiva, clicca su e inserisci il codice dell’annuncio.Leggi l’informativa sulla privacy e dai l’autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati nel form di candidatura.CONTACTCentralino Unico: #J-18808-Ljbffr
