The company is now looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic lawyer to join their legal team in Milan. You should have a solid expertise in drafting and negotiatinggeneral commercial contracts, ideallyIT agreements, outsourcing agreements, software license agreements and contracts, IT licenses, global franchise, distribution, agency and concession agreements, procurement contracts and privacy as well. You will report directly to the head of the legal. You should be comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently, with a willingness to assume responsibility. Strong planning and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, accuracy will complete the profile. You will be a native Italian speaker with fluent English (both written and spoken).
