Resina Partners is supporting a leading manufacturer of sports flooring systems in the search for an experienced R&D Specialist to join its Adhesives division.A global player renowned for its rubber-based flooring systems for sports and commercial applications, with headquarters in Italy and a strong international footprint.Alongside its core flooring business, the company develops and manufactures polyurethane and epoxy binders/adhesives used in turf systems, rubber granulate flooring, and industrial bonding applications.RoleYou’ll join the R&D team focusing on formulation, optimization, and testing of PU and epoxy adhesives, development of equivalent raw materials, and applied investigations to resolve field issues (whitening, poor adhesion, climatic resistance, etc).
