Here below your responsibilities:Coordinate work and manpower on board for the assigned shift in compliance with Project specification, in order to ensure efficient performance and respecting HSE and Quality procedures and practicesAssist the Offshore Construction Manager with regard to interdisciplinary coordination of all works on boardSupervise the team of foremen and supervisors, with regard to the various disciplines/categories of construction and assembly work, in order to comply with the quality and safety standardCoordinate the construction activities during the shift and optimise all production phasesEnsure that the Offshore Construction Manager is kept fully informed of potential problems and construction statusLiaise with subcontractors' supervisors to optimize productionSolve matters related to coordination, priority and interface between the different disciplines in order to meet the scopes of the projectEnsure that the Permit-to-Work system for construction crew is adhered to and ensures that the daily Tool Box Talks and JSA, if required, are carried out according to the proceduresMotivate all construction crew/subcontractors with regards to health, safety and environment awarenessEnsure the compliance with the standards dictated by Saipem QHSE policies and safety procedures, in order to perform the activities in a safe mannerReport incidents and near‑miss eventsManage the Crane operations, including coordination with the Chief Mate for main crane movements on board, ROV launching and underwater operationsAssist marine operations if requiredProvide a construction report at the end of each shiftAssist the Vessel Field Engineer in the follow up of project equipment and consumable, operation and monitoring of the stinger and JLTEnsure the rigging gear used is within date and properly markedWhat are we looking for?Education: Preferably with bachelor degree in civil, mechanical or naval engineering.Experience: 10-15 years of experienceLanguages: Italian and English B2/C1What else should you know?
