We work directly with hiring managers such as Partners and Directors of Big 4/ Big 6 and Big 20 and in-house Tax leaders such as CFOs and Head of Tax, who understand the value of strategic tax leadership, and we take pride in facilitating conversations that are aligned with your expertise and long-term goals. Location : Italy - (Milan, Rome) General Responsibilities As a Tax Technology Consultant, you will join a growing team focused on digital transformation in the tax field. You will work with clients to implement and optimize innovative solutions, with responsibilities including: Analyzing end-to-end tax processes and gathering regulatory requirements to translate them into functional documentation. Supporting the design and testing phases of tax system implementations, including electronic invoicing solutions (e.g., SAP DRC). Participating in integration and tax setup projects on ERP platforms, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA. Contributing to the digitalization and innovation of tax processes, including developing AI-driven use cases for tax. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery. Qualifications Degree in STEM (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering), Economics, or Law with a specialization in digital/technology. 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a consulting firm. Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. Knowledge of SAP modules (SD, FI, etc.) and ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA. Excellent English language skills (written and spoken). Strong analytical mindset, flexibility, and team spirit. Proactive and problem-solving approach.
