What will you do Ensure that our products and applications work correctly;Assess software quality through manual functional tests;Execute test cases and be able to prepare detailed report results;Evaluate product compliance according to acceptance criteria based on specification;Report bugs and errors to development teams;Conduct testing before release and post-implementation testing;Design and develop test protocols for automated E2E testing;Have a proactive can‑do attitude to overcome technical and process challenges;Write documentation for automated processes including test plans, test procedures and test cases;Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycleQualifications Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related fieldAt least 2 years of professional experience as a software tester / engineerExperience writing automated tests (e.g. using Playwright, Cypress or similar frameworks)Excellent ability to document and troubleshoot errorsStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailExcellent organizational and communication skillsComfortable working across multiple projects and prioritiesCurious proactive and collaborative attitudeNative Italian speaker and fluent in EnglishUnderstanding of object‑oriented conceptsKnowledge of Google SuiteBonus points Knowledge of JavaScriptThe benefits of working with us Fully remote work but you can also work from our offices in BolognaOpportunity to test a complex product and grow your technical skills including exposure to automated testingStock option plan after your 6th month with usMeal vouchers (8 / day) and if you work from our Bologna office lunch is on usExtra day off for your birthdayPrivate health insurance (Metasalute)Access to iFeel a digital platform for psychological support and wellbeingHow does the recruitment process work Online test: a short practical exercise to get a first sense of how you approach QA tasksHR interview: a friendly chat to get to know you, your motivations and tell you more about Tuotempo, our culture and the teamTechnical interview with our QA Manager including a practical exercise to evaluate your hands‑on approach and problem‑solving skills as a testerFinal Technical interview with our Head of Front end including an assessment of E2E testing developingRemote Work YesEmployment Type Full‑time#J-18808-Ljbffr
