Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality team at our Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an international, dynamic, and results‑driven environment where quality and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.What You Will DoEnsure product quality and hygiene compliance, supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of company quality systems in line with ISO standards and customer requirementsMonitor incoming materials and finished products, ensuring all internal procedures and quality controls are properly followedManage non-conformities, coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure effective closure of related activitiesSupport and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and processes are audit‑readyMaintain and calibrate quality control tools and measuring instruments in both production and laboratory environmentsCollaborate cross‑functionally to promote a culture of quality and drive process improvement initiatives.What We Are Looking ForStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systemsExperience in auditing and managing non-conformitiesGood understanding of statistical process control and data analysisTechnical knowledge of plastic moulding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM) is considered a plusGood IT and data management skillsProficiency in EnglishBachelor’s degree in Engineering or other scientific/technical disciplines1–2 years of experience in a similar role within an ISO‑certified manufacturing company; experience in the plastics sector is a plus.What We OfferContinuous training: Grow by collaborating with industry experts and learning in a global environmentDynamic and international workplace: Be part of a fast‑paced and multicultural teamCareer growth: Opportunities for internal mobility and professional developmentFlexible working hours and smart working (defined days per month)Corporate restaurant partnership.Want to know more about us?
