You will support and enhance our Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities, directly influencing the quality, reliability, and efficiency of our development processes.ResponsibilitiesDrive continuous improvement activities for automotive microcontroller development, collaborating closely with team members to identify and implement best practicesMaintain, refine, and strengthen processes for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA), ensuring issues are thoroughly examined and effectively resolvedOffer hands-on support to designers in executing RCCA activities, advising on methods and helping guide resolution of technical challengesPlan, organize, and moderate RCCA review meetings, coordinating cross-functional discussions to guarantee effective problem-solvingIdentify weaknesses and constraints in the development process, making actionable proposals for improvement based on RCCA outcomesMaintain and update the team’s workplace websiteYour Profile & QualificationsA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or similar field of studiesFoundational understanding of the semiconductor development flowBasic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA), particularly the 5-why methodologyFamiliarity with collaboration tools such as JiraFluency in English (mandatory)Please send us your CV in EnglishContact: Rita Costa, (LinkedIn)About Infineon & Automotive Microcontroller#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
