Categoria: Industrial / ManufacturingLuogo di lavoro: Milano e provinciaOpportunità professionale di rilievo in Gruppo multinazionale specializzato nella progettazione e realizzazione di impianti industriali per la verniciatura e l'abbattimento dell'aria.La figura del Commissioning Technician dovrà garantire che l'installazione, il collaudo e la messa in servizio dei sistemi siano eseguiti secondo le specifiche e gli standard forniti, assicurandosi che tutti gli aspetti dell'installazione rispettino i protocolli di sicurezza e funzionalità prima dell'entrata in piena operatività.ResponsabilitàPianificare, gestire ed eseguire il collaudo di diversi sistemi;Effettuare test e ispezioni per assicurare che i sistemi rispettino le specifiche progettuali;Diagnosticare e risolvere malfunzionamenti di apparecchiature e sistemi;Garantire il rispetto di tutte le procedure di sicurezza, qualità e operative durante la fase di collaudo;Fornire formazione e supporto ai team di manutenzione e operativi sui nuovi sistemi;Preparare e mantenere una documentazione di progetto completa;Esaminare e comprendere le specifiche di progetto e i disegni tecnici;Collaborare con i project manager e altri ingegneri per definire l'ambito e le tempistiche del progetto;Configurare e calibrare la strumentazione in base alle specifiche;Registrare, analizzare e interpretare i dati dei test;Individuare e documentare eventuali deviazioni rispetto ai risultati pianificati.RequisitiIl candidato ideale deve avere un'esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo, con conoscenza del settore industriale per impianti di medie/grandi dimensioni (settori chimico, automotive e alimentare). Deve possedere determinazione, capacità di comunicare efficacemente con interlocutori di vario livello sia internamente sia esternamente all'azienda, oltre a metodo, rigore e competenze di problem solving, di team building e di team working. Sono previste trasferte di lavoro legate all'hot commissioning di impianto. Gradita la conoscenza della lingua inglese.#J-18808-Ljbffr
