We are on the look out for a passionate Country Manager to join our team *As well as managing your own club you will also be responsible for overseeing the management of all other clubs in the country* Overview As a Country Manager, you will be an inspirational leader operating our clubs, ensuring our members have an excellent experience every day, seven days a week, while fostering a culture of excellence. Responsibilities Oversee the management of all clubs within the country. Ensure members receive outstanding service and experience. Collaborate with club support and regional management teams to share knowledge and expertise. Develop and implement club action and improvement plans against key metrics. Promote a work environment where teams feel belonging, can thrive mentally and physically, and achieve their full potential.
