We’re looking for a Sales Manager - South & East Europe to drive growth in Italy, France, Spain, and surrounding regions. You’ll lead a high‑performing sales team, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver value‑driven solutions.What you’ll doDevelop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goalsSet and achieve revenue, margin, and profit targets, ensuring consistent deliveryLead, coach, and empower the sales network — combining goal‑oriented management with personal development and continuous improvementManage relationships with key customers, driving strategic agreements and long‑term partnershipsSupport the sales team in account management, providing guidance, tools, and frameworks for consistent performanceOversee commercial initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment between customer needs and team executionCollaborate with engineering and service teams to launch new offerings and drive cross‑sellingTrack and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance via CRM toolsMonitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and inform strategyRepresent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand presenceRequirementsDegree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)7-10 years of sales experience in engineering or technical B2B services, with team leadership and regional growth achievementsProven track record in developing strategic sales plans and exceeding targetsLeadership style balancing performance management with coaching and people developmentStrong technical understanding to translate engineering solutions into commercial valueExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skillsAnalytical, data‑driven mindset; comfortable with KPIs and forecastingFluent in English and ItalianWillingness to attend meetings or work on‑site at Intertek offices or client locations, when necessaryBenefitsReady to make an impact?
