To have a chance of joining CELINE, you must thrive as a team player in a fast‑paced environment amongst passionate, agile, and authentic people.YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENTAs Continuous Improvement Engineer, and part of the Continuous Improvement Department, you will have the mission to define and map production processes, in order to improve and optimize production standards and line efficiency.This experience will enable you to work closely with Production Supervisor and Team Leaders, define and implement technical solutions for production.You will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects.PROFILEEducation: Master’s degree in Engineering/Economics or equivalent experience in Production fieldExperience: Position requires 1‑3 years’ experience in Industrial and Manufacturing companyExperience in luxury/fashion business a plusCompetencies: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑dimensional environment; Detail oriented, highly organized; Lean manufacturing; Target oriented, problem solver, excellent analytical skills;Advanced user of MS office, the knowledge of Excel is mandatory; The knowledge of CAD is a plusADDITIONAL INFORMATIONWorkplace Celine Production, Via Giorgio Amendola 7, Radda in Chianti (SI)OTHER INFORMATIONPotential starting date: February 2026OUR ENGAGEMENTCELINE is an equal opportunity employer.
