Diamo importanza alla diversità riconoscendo che la forza di un team risiede nelle esperienze, prospettive e background unici che ogni persona porta con sé.PosizionePLAY A KEY ROLE WHERE YOUR SKILLS MAKE A DIFFERENCE.Come Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant, nella nostra pratice Customer Engagement & CRM, sarai coinvolto in attività di disegno, sviluppo e integrazioni di soluzioni CRM Salesforce per i nostri principali clienti in ambito Energy & Utilities.Ti occuperai di:Interfaccia diretta con il business per la raccolta dei requisiti;Redazione di documentazione funzionale e tecnica;Analisi e disegno di soluzioni CRM su piattaforma Salesforce.com;Supporto alle figure tecniche nelle analisi dei processi B2C e B2B end-to-end;Valutazione di effort ed elapsed delle attività;Coordinamento e gestione del team;Organizzazione e reporting delle attività in corso;Gestione e monitoraggio avanzamenti mediante SAL operativi (scadenze, milestone, deliverable, ecc);Identificazione e gestione proattiva di criticità e rischi di progetto (impatti, azioni di mitigazione, azioni correttive, comunicazione).RequisitiCerchiamo un/una Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant con una forte passione, un’immensa curiosità e la voglia di dare il 100% per raggiungere grandi traguardi.IS THIS THE ROLE FOR YOU?Cerchiamo te se:Hai un'esperienza di almeno 4 anni nell’implementazione di soluzioni CRM basate su Salesforce.com;Partecipi, da almeno 6 anni, direttamente in contesti di progetto per clienti in ambito Energy & Utilities;Possiedi competenze relazionali di gestione del business fungendo da suo punto di riferimento;Possiedi una conoscenza approfondita dei moduli Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ;Hai esperienza nella gestione di team medio-grandi;Hai esperienza di progetti in modalità Agile;Possiedi ottime capacità di comunicazione, attitudine alle relazioni interpersonali ed al lavoro in team;Hai un orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, al problem analysis e al problem solving;Sei abile nel comprendere ed anticipare le aspettative del cliente e nella risoluzione delle problematiche;Saranno valutate come requisito preferenziale il possesso delle Certificazioni Salesforce: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant e Platform App Builder.Altre informazioniTAKE YOUR STEP INTO THE DIGITAL EVOLUTION.Dai alla tua carriera l’accelerata che sta aspettando: fai l’application ed entra in una realtà unica nel suo genere.La tua sede di lavoro potrà essere Milano, Torino, Roma, Napoli, Bari.
