Location: Rome, Italy.ResponsibilitiesMonitor, analyze and review Sell‑out data at category and customer level to help in understanding Customer Planning data and ensure the most accurate 6‑12 month rolling estimate of volumes and financial delivery by CPG/PPG in a monthly cycle.Work closely with the CDMs responsible for CPGs planning accuracy and with Omnichannel BDMs for promo/new listing information sharing.Partner effectively with the commercial teams to help develop acts as sales volumes controller, and with finance to determine correct financials in the systems, oversee baseline calculation and promotional planning and GTN/Value sales reliability in Atlas with the support of CD Finance.Support the process to identify R&O by CPG/Category/Sub‑category/Brand, planning inconsistencies to provide recommendations to the CDT leader based on structured reporting (accordingly to MD process and meetings information requirements) and continuous monitoring and analysis of business results vs. plans (including sell‑out/sell‑thru data).Facilitate efficient use of the Atlas system and automated application of system and reporting.QualificationsHold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commercial related field.Fluent in Italian language and fluent in English language.Knowledge of the Italian commercial market is a key requirement.Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in the customer development function, ideally in multiple roles.Self‑starter who can work well both independently and across multi‑level stakeholder groups.Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change in a fast‑paced environment.Proven commercial understanding and analytical skills.Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills to support executional excellence and business results.Actively seeks in‑depth understanding of customer/consumer needs and trends.Follows up to ensure that products and services meet customer/consumer professional needs.Balances speed with quality in achieving goals.Simplifies systems and processes to eliminate unnecessary work.Shows passion and energy in tackling challenging goals.Delivers against commitments.Proficient in Google suite of products (especially in Sheets, Docs & Slides).VISA NOT SPONSOREDCommitment to InclusionOur journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
