Per una nostra realtà cliente, azienda italiana parte di un gruppo internazionale, attiva nella distribuzione di specialità chimiche per diversi settori industriali, ricerchiamo un/una Quality, Safety & Environment Manager (QHSE / QSA).L’azienda si distingue per un’organizzazione snella, fortemente integrata con le funzioni globali del gruppo, e per un contesto regolatorio sfidante che richiede competenza, autonomia e senso di responsabilità.Il QHSE Manager ricopre una posizione strategica e centrale: è il punto di riferimento locale per Qualità, Sicurezza e Ambiente, con un ruolo di presidio ma soprattutto di costruzione, miglioramento e responsabilità diretta.È una figura di fiducia, trasversale, autonoma, capace di dialogare quotidianamente con interlocutori internazionali in una struttura a matrice.Contesto organizzativo:Azienda chimica con struttura internazionaleRiporto locale e funzionale al Global HSQS Manager (Germania)Elevata responsabilità sul perimetro normativo localeResponsabilità principaliGestione del Sistema Qualità ISO 9001Audit interni e supporto ad audit di clienti ed enti certificatoriRedazione e aggiornamento di procedure, SOP e istruzioni operativeGestione delle non conformità e miglioramento continuoSupervisione delle schede di sicurezzaFormazione del personale su sicurezza e DPIGestione dei piani di emergenza (antincendio, sversamenti, evacuazioni)Gestione dei rifiuti pericolosi (rischio incendio/esplosione)Smaltimento, tracciabilità e coordinamento fornitoriMonitoraggi ambientali e reportingAttenzione a logistica sostenibile e criticità di trasportoEsperienza di almeno 8 anni in ruoli come QHSE e provenienza dal settore chimicoAutonomo/a e affidabileBackground chimico o farmaceuticoMentalità aperta, flessibile e orientata alla responsabilitàCompetenze trasversali, non limitate al prodottoCapacità di operare in contesti snelli, poco strutturati, dove è richiesto costruirePerché è una posizione interessanteRuolo chiave, con reale impatto e visibilitàElevato livello di fiducia e autonomiaPossibilità di essere il riferimento QHSE locale in un gruppo internazionaleSede principale: provincia MB, uffici, area commerciale e amministrativaMagazzino: provincia MB, sito logistico con presenza periodicaLa selezione è rivolta ad ambo i sessi (L.903/77).#J-18808-Ljbffr
