Ricercato per conto di un nostro prestigioso cliente con sede a Roma, il/la Helpdesk/Desktop Support Specialist, si unirà al team IT con responsabilità per la continuità operativa.Il ruolo è a tempo pieno (full-time on-site) e si concentra sull'assistenza tecnica specializzata per gli utenti finali in un ambiente di produzione tecnologicamente avanzato.Le principali responsabilità includono Fornire supporto tecnico di primo e secondo livello e attività di troubleshooting per computer desktop (Linux, Windows, macOS).Gestire e monitorare le richieste di assistenza tramite la piattaforma di Help Desk (seguendo le best practice ITIL o analoghe), assicurando la risoluzione tempestiva dei ticket.Mantenere l'efficienza dei sistemi, diagnosticando e risolvendo problematiche hardware e software.Svolgere attività logistiche e fisiche quali la manutenzione di periferiche interne ed esterne, la movimentazione e il cablaggio delle postazioni di lavoro.Assicurare il buon funzionamento operativo per gli utenti finali, collaborando per mantenere l'infrastruttura IT.È richiesta la disponibilità a orari estesi e reperibilità remota in base alle esigenze produttive.Requisiti e Qualifiche Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo analogo di Supporto Tecnico (Technical Support), Help Desk e Customer Support.Solida conoscenza e capacità di troubleshooting sui sistemi operativi Linux, Windows e macOS.Eccellenti capacità di Problem‑Solving, attenzione ai dettagli e forte orientamento al servizio utente.Ottime doti comunicative e capacità di lavorare in modo efficace con un team eterogeneo.Laurea Triennale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o un campo tecnico correlato è un elemento preferenziale.Costituisce un PLUS significativo: Avere precedente esperienza come utente o supporter di piattaforme di riferimento nell'industria VFX (Visual Effects), quali ad esempio RHEL, Maya, Nuke, Houdini.#J-18808-Ljbffr
