Position Overview Join to apply for the Training Programs Manager role at AI4IWe are seeking a highly organized, innovative, and skilled Training Programs Manager to join AI4I – The Italian Research Institute for Artificial Intelligence for Industry.AI4I performs transformative, application-oriented research in Artificial Intelligence, driving the integration of AI into industrial processes, products, and services across Italy’s manufacturing, aerospace, and automotive sectors.Location: AI4I, OGR, Turin, ItalyRole MissionIn this role, you will design, manage, and orchestrate AI-focused training programs developed in collaboration with corporates, trade associations, universities, and innovation hubs. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant programs that translate AI knowledge into practical skills through structured curricula and advanced, on-demand courses.Main Responsibilities End-to-end instructional design: needs analysis, definition of learning objectives, module design (live, blended, e-learning, microlearning), teaching materials, and industrial use casesInnovate training formats using real use cases, simulations, and learning experience platformsCo‑design and delivery of training initiatives in collaboration with partner organizations (corporates, trade associations, universities, innovation hubs)Coordinate with external partners for the development of joint modules, case studies, and demonstration projects tailored to industry challengesPlan, organize, and deliver training programs and events across Italy, including scheduling, coordination of instructors and speakers, management of classrooms/labs and logistics, use of LMS platforms, and supervision of assessments and certifications, targeting diverse audiencesSupport the selection of suitable trainers for each course, and supervise the quality and consistency of training content to ensure alignment with program objectives and best‑in‑class standardsDevelop advanced, on‑demand and customized training programs for SMEs, corporates, and institutions, ensuring flexibility and alignment with specific industry needsFacilitate knowledge
