The role As an ambitious inside Sales Account Executive that will join our European sales team, you will have diverse sales expertise and experience in a creative environment. Your goal as Inside Sales Account Executive will be to first research and prospect new leads which you will then convert into appointments with doctors, then into sales deals, by running discovery and demo calls. Responsibilities Visiting potential clients as well as outbound calling and emailing potential clients, to inform them about our services and set up appointments, which are then logged in our CRM. Responding to inbound communication with the same target as outbound. Run discovery and demo calls with prospects that you have arranged. Validate prospects needs and problems and outline the best possible solution that we can offer. Convert discovery and demo calls into sales. Constantly strive to improve the customer experience and your own knowledge of the product and how to convert prospects into sales effectively. Be involved in the whole customer journey and work closely with the Customer Success team throughout the process, and continue to build that relationship long after the onboarding process is complete. Qualifications / Ideal candidate You must be European based and while mostly a remote role it could involve some clinic onsite visits. A strong focus on meeting and exceeding business targets (KPI's). A competitive attitude, highly motivated by financial rewards but also looking for personal career growth. Integrity sales approach, based on filling needs and solving issues. An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently. Experience of selling in the European market. Have a strong hunter's character and a customer-centric approach. Demonstrate a hard ability to partner with stakeholders and take the initiative. Excellent communication and listening skills, with problem solving and exceptional customer service abilities, and strong networking. Self-starter and innovative thinker with a take-charge attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction. A university degree. At least 3 years in sales, including hands-on call centre experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calling, etc.). Either B2B or SaaS experience is required. Ability to work diligently with data from various sources. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Highly motivated and thirsty for learning. Sales experience in community business driven by referrals, ideally in the medical/ aesthetic/cosmetic field is a plus. Proficient in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and able to overcome objections. Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships in sales. Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects. Skilled communicator and a superb listener. Fluency in spoken and written English, and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Italian, or Portuguese. Other languages are a plus. Experience working in B2B and B2C companies / the aesthetic industry and/or medical field is a plus.
