Our goal is to create success stories and enrich the talent pipeline within our client companies.About the company :For an independent technology group and a leading provider of core software systems and digital transformation solutions for the European insurance market, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager IT to take end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-country insurance transformation programs.This role combines program governance, product mindset, and strong delivery execution, with full responsibility from requirements definition to deployment and production stabilization. The position operates in an international context, managing cross-functional technical teams and senior stakeholders across 6+ countries.About the role :As a Senior IT Program Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for the governance and execution of large-scale insurance IT programs, acting as the strategic interface between business objectives and technology delivery. Proven knowledge of P&C or Life & Savings is a mandatory requirement.You will :Own the program E2E : requirements → development → testing → deploy → productionManage complex, multi-stream initiatives with strong governance and reportingLead and coordinate external stakeholders, Technical Leaders, and Development TeamsCombine project execution and product development responsibilitiesEnsure alignment between local needs and central technology capabilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Program ManagementProduct & Delivery LeadershipTechnical & Team Coordination : lead developers, technical leaders, architects, and application teams throughout the entire delivery chainGovernance & performance managementAct as senior point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including technology partners and local business teams.Demand, Architecture & Development OversightRequirements interpretation and validationSupervision of testing and acceptance phasesAlignment with architecture, security, and regulatory standardsOversight of application development and maintenanceRequired Experience & SkillsStrong insurance domain knowledge – P&C or Life & Savings (must have)10-15+ years of experience experience in complex IT multi-countries projectsSolid technical background with core insurance systemsCore insurance platforms (i.e Policy, Claims, Distribution)Cloud / SaaS delivery modelsAgile & DevOps methodologiesSecurity, data governance, and system integrationStrong organizational and prioritization skillsLocation : Milan, hybrid.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
