We work within programmes such as Erasmus+ , European Solidarity Corps , and other EU initiatives focused on education, inclusion, and community development. Position overviewWe are looking for a European Project Designer with proven experience in EU project writing, management, and reporting , particularly in the educational and youth sectors , to support our team in the development and coordination of new project proposals. Main responsibilitiesDraft and develop European project proposals (Erasmus+, ESC, CERV, Creative Europe, etc.) Coordinate with international partners on activity design and budget planning Support the operational and administrative management of approved projects Monitor EU funding opportunities and upcoming calls for proposals Collaborate with the HRYO team on strategic planning and project development RequirementsExcellent command of English (both written and spoken) Proven experience in EU project design and management (minimum 2 years) Strong knowledge of EU funding programmes in the educational, youth, and social sectors Excellent writing and organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team Availability for part-time collaboration under a freelance / VAT contract Assets (nice to have)Experience working with NGOs, youth organizations, or the third sector Familiarity with EU project management and reporting tools (e.g. Mobility Tool, Beneficiary Module) Knowledge of additional European languages How to applySend your CV in English and a short motivation letter (max 1 page) to: Subject: Application – European Project Designer Deadline: 23 November 2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
