What You Will Be Doing Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify problems, detect outliers, and initiate corrections within 48 hours Facilitating urgent-response intervention calls and delivering post-evaluation coaching sessions to eliminate barriers, distinguish understanding deficits from mistakes, and sustain learner engagement Assessing and deploying new educational applications and resources while engineering AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address targeted problems Coordinating with leadership to optimize tools, reporting dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances What You Won’t Be Doing Attending interminable meetings or delivering generic presentation decks disconnected from measurable results Correcting assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach Functioning at abstract strategic levels without execution or becoming mired in repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid Learning Experience Designer Key Responsibilities Propel enhanced learner achievement through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson understanding, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network. Basic Requirements Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a learner-support capacity with both analytical and relational dimensions Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering) High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style Experience building workflows and automations with AI Nice-to-have Requirements Foundation in learning science, educational principles, or documented achievement enhancing outcomes through data-driven strategies Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be.
