In order to grow the practice Cloud & Custom Application , we are looking for a Cloud Architect AWS . The selected person will join the People Unit Cloud Native Hyperscaler , the corporate hub for cloud-based end‑to‑end solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. The multidisciplinary team, composed of Cloud Architects, Developers and Automation Engineers, guides clients through digital transformation, focusing on developing cloud‑native software and solutions, integrating generative AI into cloud applications to improve functionality and user experience. Tradurre le esigenze del business in soluzioni tecniche concrete, progettando roadmap di migrazione e modernizzazione. Configurare e ottimizzare servizi AWS. Collaborare con team di sviluppo e operation, favorendo pratiche DevOps e automazione dei processi. Monitorare costi e utilizzo delle risorse, proponendo strategie di ottimizzazione economica. Integrare soluzioni innovative, sfruttando la Generative AI per automazione e insight. Assicurare conformità a normative, policy di sicurezza e requisiti contrattuali. Supportare il cliente con consulenza strategica, guidandolo verso architetture scalabili e future‑proof. Contribuire alla crescita del team, attraverso mentoring e condivisione di best practice. Produrre documentazione chiara e aggiornata, utile per governance e knowledge management. Il tuo profilo Esperienza solida su AWS, con conoscenza dei principali servizi (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda). Competenze tecniche avanzate in architetture e automazione. Familiarità con strumenti DevOps. Capacità di comunicare con stakeholder business e tecnici, trasformando requisiti in soluzioni concrete. Conoscenza del framework AWS Well‑Architected e delle best practice per progettare ambienti sicuri e resilienti. Attitudine all’innovazione, con esperienza nell’uso di Generative AI per ottimizzare processi e analisi. Certificazioni AWS (es. Solutions Architect Professional) sono un plus. Leadership e capacità di coordinamento, anche in contesti internazionali e distribuiti. Orientamento al cliente, con doti di negoziazione e problem solving.
