Our scope of work includes systems, repairing, dealing with issues, handling and tracking parts and assisting in Data Center maintenance. Amazon Data Centers are large-scale high-density centers where you will help change the face of Technology in the region.Key job responsibilitiesMaintain a high level of system (Server/Network) reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficientlyShare knowledge and help educate less technical staff on the best practices in Data Center OperationsBe a technical escalation point for other team membersParticipate in and deliver on high impact projectsContribute to, and improve on operational efficiencyAdditional role requirementsThis role may involve bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely24/7 shift coverage is required and includes 12 hour rotating shifts.
