Employee - We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team in Milan or Florence.The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing all online advertising campaigns in both Italian and English, with the goal of generating qualified leads and reinforcing the exclusive image of our brand.Do you want to find out what are the 5 steps of our selection process? How we hire.The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for :Planning and managing digital advertising campaigns. Designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), with a particular focus on targeting a premium, international audience;Continuous implementation and optimization. Running A / B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages; analyzing performance data to improve conversion rates and return on investment (ROI);KPI monitoring and reporting. Closely monitoring key metrics and lead quality; preparing weekly and monthly reports with strategic insights for the marketing team and company leadership;Collaboration with the creative team. Working together to define visual content and copy consistent with the brand’s luxury positioning and campaign objectives;Advertising budget management.
